South Bend.. Ind., Dec. 29.—Judge Van Fleet forfeited the $5.000 on which William Fleming was held to answer in the superior court on the charge of conspiracy, bunco steering and receiving stolen property. Fleming is accused of engineering a fake wrestling match by which W. J. Springborn of Cleveland. O., was (illegible) out of $10.000.
