Politician Taken to Indiana.

South Bend, Ind., April 9 —J. W. Fleming, a Cleveland real estate dealer and politician, who is implicated in the charges made by W. J. Springborn of that city that Fleming and J. E. Foster engineered a swindle by which he lost $10,000 on a fake wrestling match here, was brought from Cleveland and will be arraigned Saturday. Foster was released Wednesday night under $5,000 bond. Springborn is expected here from Cleveland Saturday to testify.
