Fleming Case Affirmed.

Indianapolis, Ind., May 24 -- The judgement of a lower court convicting William Fleming of grand larceny in aiding to swindle William J. Springhorn of Cleveland out of $10,000 in a fake wrestling match at South Bend, today was affirmed by the supreme court of Indiana.
