South Bend, Ind., April 18 -- As a result of the preliminary hearing of William Fleming of Cleveland, Oh. and C. E. Foster, residence unknown, on a charge of swindling W. J. Springhorn, president of the board of public service of Cleveland Oh. out of $10,000 by a fake wrestling match, Fleming was held to the grand jury today on a grand charge of grand larceny under a bond of $7,500.
